WORK EXPERIENCE:
Successful and diverse 25 year career that includes: 2 years as a professional athlete in the NFL along with
multiple motivational speaking engagements, 16 years in the corporate world as a clinical researcher having held
positions of increasing responsibility and spending the last 6 years as sports performance coach, gym owner,
entrepreneur, and inventor.
OVERACHIEVE SPORTS AND SPEED, LLC King of Prussia, PA
Founder, Owner, and Trainer, May 2010 to present
 Founded and currently run a sport's performance center designed to help student athletes maximize their
full athletic potential. Center has gone from a start-up company aimed at working with local high school
athletes to a full service fitness center that caters to multiple demographics including college and
professional athletes.
 Have trained and mentored over 2400 student athletes (high school and college) safely and effectively
with a 90% repeat customer membership.
 Created full-service strength and conditioning programs and curriculums for multiple high school and
colleges including Gwynedd Mercy University Men’s and Women’s basketball since 2011.
 Created proprietary training system known as the Speed Maximization Algorithm (S-max) that includes
a series of indicator and corrective exercises to ensure an athlete maximizes their power and speed.
 Have had strong success decreasing the ACL injury rate in female athletes.
 Work with local colleges to provide internship opportunities to exercise science majors
 Manage staff that includes 2 full-time certified trainers and several part-time certified trainers.

 Created and patented a novel exercise device (Squatmax-MD) that has developed into a successfully
marketed product. The device is currently being utilized by high school, college, and professional teams
as well as physical therapy centers.
 Allows athletes to get the benefits of a free weight squat and dead lift movements while decreasing the
chances of injuring their spine.
 Facilitated 2 independent research studies on the device that were performed by Universities in the US
and Canada. Peer reviewed publication on device published in the Journal of Isokinetics & Exercise
Science (June 2015).
 Additional patents and research studies pending.

 Managed training, technology, policy, and quality related activities within GSM (Americas).
 Led departmental transition from a monitoring group to a global regional study and site management

 Managed all operational and financial aspects for Wyeth’s vendor monitoring alliance in the Americas
