Senior Account Manager 05/2005 to 04/2008
Javelin – Irving, TX
At Javelin I worked as the team leader and interactive marketing
specialist. As the account manager, I was in
charge of communicating the client's needs clearly to the agency team,
planning effectively to maximize staff time and
energy, and presenting the agency's recommendations candidly to the
client.
My responsibilities as an account manager was to be the client's
representative at the agency, and the agency's representative
at the client's organization. It was my job to get the best possible work
from the agency for the client-but at a profitable return
for the agency. Knowing how to handle people at the agency level so
that they give the client their best effort without spending
more time than the income from the client's business justifies. Multi-
Tasking is imperative and the ability to communicate
effectively to all departments and each client on an individual basis.
Account Executive 06/2004 to 03/2005
Tribal DDB – Dallas, TX
At Tribal DDB I was a part of the interactive marketing world and
changing the relationship between advertiser and the
audience. At Tribal DDB we focused on the role of Interactive
Advertising and marketing i.e. email marketing, website and
landing page design and technology to further reach the mass
audience of the Pepsi Brand.
