6. What do you like about them?
• They were all detailed and showed something that represented the
film and what it was about. It also shows what sort of films they are
with the sort of poster that has been created and shown for the films.

• There are similarities of the sorts of colours they use in the posters,
the colours being all dark and gloomy and they all have some dark
photos to represent that it’s a dark sort of film that people can go to
watch and they will know that it is dark.

• They all highlight a horror/thriller sort of convention because of the
sort of photos they use as the poster, and the way the characters look
in the poster can also reveal the type of genre the film can be and
they show that it’s the genre of horror.

How could you use this in your posters?
• You can tell that they’re horror by the way that the photos and
posters are by the sorts of photos they were and the colouring in the
photo so then they can tell the people looking at it by the way it looks
and is coloured.
10. How do they appeal to the target
audience?
• They appeal to the target audience by the way they are produced and
they can attract the target audience by showing that the film is of
certain genre – in this case horror – and they can be used for the
people to attract them and then attract them and they want to watch
the film being advertised.
11. Campaign analysis
• The conjuring film posters are all similar
by the fact they all represent the film
but all In different ways then each other
and show what the film is like through
the use of their posters and the way
they are designed. It also makes people
want too watch it as it shows that they
have a theme of horror and people love
to watch horror films.
