2.1. BUSINESS ADVICE
BOVEM provides existing and prospective clients with advice on the structuring on their business entities,
registration and statutory requirements, business management, computer systems, valuations and in
various other areas where clients are in need of outside and independent input and ideas.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
Bovem is Equipped with professional staff from different disciplines dependant on the requirements of your
business. Pieter Jordaan, the Managing Director holds a B Comm. Accounting degree from the Rand Afrikaans
University, a B Comm. Accounting Honors Degree from the University of South Africa and is a Certified Chartered
Accountant through the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK) and has been practicing in South
Africa for the last 10 years.
4. FEE STRUCTURE
Our fees are based on the degree of skill involved, the level of training and experience of staff engaged and the
time necessarily occupied on the work and is subject to review each year. Fees are charged separately for each
class of work undertaken and will be billed at appropriate intervals during the course of the year.
Fees are negotiated based on each individual client, the amount of work to be performed and the agreed turn-
around time. Stringent reporting requirements or deadlines imposed by you might require work to be carried out
at a higher level than usual or outside normal working hours which could result in increased costs.
If after our initial meeting you would like to engage our services, we will provide you with an engagement letter
based around the work required and setting out the fees and terms of the contract.
