Het programma kent 2 types acties:
1. Projecten: Duren 3 tot 5 jaar, vooral tussen
Public organisations. Elk project kent een
action plan en moet de opbrengsten
mmoonniittoorreenn.
2. Platform: dit is een hulpmiddel om, continue
en sneller en beter kennis te delen tussen
policymakers. Het Policy learning Platform
wordt gerund door de Institute of
Prospective Fecnological Studies in Sevilla.
Sterke oriëntatie op andere programma’s zoals
Horizon en het RIS platform
