My name is Blayne Milburn and I am a recent honors graduate from Southern Oregon University
and new resident to Southern California.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Management, minoring in Psychology. I have
more than 4 years experience working with non-profit organizations (2 years in leadership) as
well as 4 years in the financial, insurance and marketing industries (1 year in leadership).
Through my academic study and work experience, I have gained advanced knowledge in
statistics, contract negotiation, accounting, excel, and marketing practices. With further
knowledge in human behavior. I’m familiar and have experience with online marketing and
analytic platforms and utilizing SEO’s and PPC’s within HTML5 coding.

I am a driven leader and have managed a team of seven employees with a successful track record
in lead generation and B2B relations. As a manager, I learned the skills necessary to build a
collaborative team that’s fueled by communication and efficiency. Along with past professional
leadership roles, I currently hold chair positions on several non-profit organization and
committee boards, giving me further knowledge of collaboration and team building.
