Serve the United States Army Reserve as a Commissioned Officer in a health care administrative assistant
role, having attained a SECRET Security Clearance and being responsible for ensuring that the Army’s
health care facilities at Camp Parks, Dublin California run efficiently. Currently acting as the Safety Officer
in Charge (OIC) for the 1-363rd Training Support Battalion, responsible for maintaining compliance with
both Army and OSHA standards and ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment during scheduled
exercises. Additional duties to include the planning, coordination and monitoring of the treatment of
patients, advising unit commanders and staff in medical and non-medical areas of patient evacuation, the

Served the Kaiser Permanente health care community as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager
responsible for maintaining compliance with Local, State and Federal Standards at all San Francisco health
care facilities. Additionally, served as an active member on multiple EH&S committees, enhanced various
EH&S programs, facilitated EH&S meetings, organized a chemical spill response team, updated EH&S
policies and procedures, managed the collection and disposal of hazardous materials and waste generated
from each facility, directed the HAZCOM program, expanded the Medical Center’s Material Safety Data
Sheet (MSDS) database and participated in weekly construction site safety inspections, while functioning as
a contractor in an interim role.

noise dosimeters to measure and record the noise exposure levels posed to Police Officers during regular
working hours at the Eastern Kentucky University Police Department.
