3. Introduction
• A smart device is an electronic device, generally
connected to other devices or networks via different
protocols such as Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G, etc.
• Devices that combined telephony and computing
were first conceptualized in 1973, and were offered
for sale beginning in 1993.

Various types of smart devices are there that we are
using such as Smart phones, Smart watches, Google
glass, Laptops, Smart boards, Note books, IPods etc.
We are going to discuss about three most recent devices
i.e. Google glass, Smart Watch, Smart phone.

• Google Glass is a wearable computer with an optical
head-mounted display (OHMD) that is being developed
by Google in the Project Glass Research and
Development Program.
• Google Glass displays information in a Smartphone-
like hands-free format, that can interact with the
Internet via natural language voice commands.

smart device but in future may be cheap.
