days in BGU. The university is carrying out a great
combination of learning, relaxing and team building. The
intense academic routine fills the cup of knowledge to its
brim and the continuous industry exposure that its students
experience help them understand real life problems and to
experience them as close as possible. My summer internship
gavemeagreatexposuretomouldmycareer.Iwasfortunate
to be selected in MARICO one of the leading FMCG
Companies, which has selected a few students only in the
placement drive across India. Before MARICO got confirmed,
I was selected for another FMCD company too. My opinion is
that students must be trained more for placement purposes
as the expectations of the companies are becoming high.
Overall it is a great learning experience and you get to meet
some of the best minds out there and learn from them and I
wouldrecommendthistoeveryone.
Joining BGU has been one of the best decisions I have made
in my life. It gave me a Launchpad to achieve my goals. It was
entirely different experience as I am based out of Kerala and
walked into a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere. The
proximity of these diverse factors improved my personality
by which I could organise my career to match with
companies. The environment in the placement cell has
taught me to be innovative and meticulous in approach to
any strategic goals set for a professional. This enabled me to
receive summer Internship offers from Ernst & Young, Café
Coffee Day and Mahindra Finance. It was the support of my
mentors which motivated me to THINK BIG and GET BIG. My
Industry exposure in Mahindra Finance enhanced my full
potential through continued challenges and support. The
expertise, knowledge and guidance provided from CCR &
othermentorsmotivatedmetostartafocusedcareer.Finally
my efforts and positive attitude rewarded me to achieve two
fine offers from ITC Ltd and TATA AIG in Management Trainee

BGU has always helped students grow as per their passion
and interest. The special emphasis on Personality
development, grooming and corporate etiquettes given by
Placement had helped me every day in taking the corporate
expectations.BGU has completely changed me as a person
and has taught me the values to be a thorough professional
and a great manager.I am fortunate to get selected by one of
the best private sector banks, Federal Bank, in the exclusive
Campus drive. The most exciting factor is that Talent
Acquisition team of corporate office Kerala hasn't visited any
other campus in Odisha other than BGU. The training and
exposure received from summer Internship project and
other employability skills training had yielded a desired
result in my career building. This was a unique experience,
intensive indeed, but especially very instructive and
awarenessrising.Comeandfeeltheexperience..!!
It has been a privilege to be a part of this University as it has
helped me to mould myself and helped me to reach where I
am now. I had to travel a long way from Kerala to pursue my

the professional life. My Summer Internship at Ernst and
Young in Trivandrum and the special project training for 45
days in Kochi from Ernst and Young again proved my calibre
to get an entry to Ernst and Young itself as a Tax Analyst. The

Currently, I work with The Times of India, Head office,
Mumbai, as Senior Officer. I joined The Times of India
immediately after appearing my final exam. I was privileged
to receive my confirmation within two months of my joining
with a very attractive package. I was flooded with many
different learning opportunities during my MBA programme.
Students exchange programme with foreign university, SIP at
reputed company and opportunity of a dream project were
the opportunities, to name a few. I had a chance of overseas
experience by virtue of student exchange programme with
EESACA, Angers, France, which gave me international
exposure and broadened my intellectual horizon. My
summer Internship at Mahindra Finance, Head office
Mumbai, provided me with a comprehensive knowledge on
corporate life and employability skills. My special project
association in Ernst & Young at Kochi gave me invaluable
experiencesandworthwhileinsightsforabettercareer.
I am very grateful to my parents, from where I imbibed my
positive attitude, confidence and strong determination by
which I could grab first ever opportunity that came into my
life.

BGU is a place where you can discover your true potential
and fly high. All the way from Kerala, I was looking for a
diverse culture and serene atmosphere for my professional
course. The reason behind my success is the realisation of
that opportunity. My two months internship at Ernst and
Young in Kochi opened the door of insightful knowledge and
depth of corporate life. The hard work was paid off by getting
selected in Deloitte as Tax consultant. I am grateful for all the
efforts and scope facilitated by the CCR team and the BGU

My exchange programme has been an incredible experience for
me. I have gained so much knowledge about France and the
world through my host-family and friends. We found it very
difficult in the initial stages as the language was unknown to
me. Gradually I took French classes and got acquainted with the
language.Truly speaking, I have also become independent,
outgoing and confident now. I can proudly say that nowhere in
the world will anyone find friends better than the ones I found
in France, I will never forget them nor forget what we did, they
changed me into what I am now, they helped me to become
fluent and achieve all my other goals. I will cherish all the
amazing experiences I’ve had!

It was my first international journey as a part of student
exchange programme at ESSCA, School of Management in
France.Through our trimester exchange program (one or two
trimesters), BGU aims to provide students with a meaningful
overseas educational experience. It has provided me with an
opportunity of internship and research activities at esteemed
and well recognized institution. It has also enabled to receive a
hands-on experience in world class facilities and experience of
living abroad and learning about another culture. Personally, it
was an exciting opportunity to broaden the academic
experience, for understanding a different culture and improving
the language skills. Being there and experiencing a different

Living away from home, on the other side of the world, has

to say; I’m much less shy! I've become more independent and
confident in and the choices I make. Student exchange is the
opportunity to do and see things you could never do
otherwise but in your dreams. It became a journey of self-

  • 4. 0504 2016-18 Batch BeinganativeofChhattisgarh,IwouldsaythatIlivedmybest days in BGU. The university is carrying out a great combination of learning, relaxing and team building. The intense academic routine fills the cup of knowledge to its brim and the continuous industry exposure that its students experience help them understand real life problems and to experience them as close as possible. My summer internship gavemeagreatexposuretomouldmycareer.Iwasfortunate to be selected in MARICO one of the leading FMCG Companies, which has selected a few students only in the placement drive across India. Before MARICO got confirmed, I was selected for another FMCD company too. My opinion is that students must be trained more for placement purposes as the expectations of the companies are becoming high. Overall it is a great learning experience and you get to meet some of the best minds out there and learn from them and I wouldrecommendthistoeveryone. Joining BGU has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It gave me a Launchpad to achieve my goals. It was entirely different experience as I am based out of Kerala and walked into a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere. The proximity of these diverse factors improved my personality by which I could organise my career to match with companies. The environment in the placement cell has taught me to be innovative and meticulous in approach to any strategic goals set for a professional. This enabled me to receive summer Internship offers from Ernst & Young, Café Coffee Day and Mahindra Finance. It was the support of my mentors which motivated me to THINK BIG and GET BIG. My Industry exposure in Mahindra Finance enhanced my full potential through continued challenges and support. The expertise, knowledge and guidance provided from CCR & othermentorsmotivatedmetostartafocusedcareer. Finally my efforts and positive attitude rewarded me to achieve two fine offers from ITC Ltd and TATA AIG in Management Trainee profile.Abigsalutetoall, thosewhowereinvolveddirectlyor indirectlytoshapeupmycareer. BGU has always helped students grow as per their passion and interest. The special emphasis on Personality development, grooming and corporate etiquettes given by Placement had helped me every day in taking the corporate expectations.BGU has completely changed me as a person and has taught me the values to be a thorough professional and a great manager.I am fortunate to get selected by one of the best private sector banks, Federal Bank, in the exclusive Campus drive. The most exciting factor is that Talent Acquisition team of corporate office Kerala hasn't visited any other campus in Odisha other than BGU. The training and exposure received from summer Internship project and other employability skills training had yielded a desired result in my career building. This was a unique experience, intensive indeed, but especially very instructive and awarenessrising.Comeandfeeltheexperience..!! It has been a privilege to be a part of this University as it has helped me to mould myself and helped me to reach where I am now. I had to travel a long way from Kerala to pursue my MBAstudiesandIfeelitwasdefinitelyworthallthesacrifices by leaving my home and family. Being with an engineering background,Ihadtoprepareformyfutureandfindanichein the professional life. My Summer Internship at Ernst and Young in Trivandrum and the special project training for 45 days in Kochi from Ernst and Young again proved my calibre to get an entry to Ernst and Young itself as a Tax Analyst. The supportgivenfromtheBGUfamilyhashelpedmetograbthe opportunityalongwithaproudfeeling. Currently, I work with The Times of India, Head office, Mumbai, as Senior Officer. I joined The Times of India immediately after appearing my final exam. I was privileged to receive my confirmation within two months of my joining with a very attractive package. I was flooded with many different learning opportunities during my MBA programme. Students exchange programme with foreign university, SIP at reputed company and opportunity of a dream project were the opportunities, to name a few. I had a chance of overseas experience by virtue of student exchange programme with EESACA, Angers, France, which gave me international exposure and broadened my intellectual horizon. My summer Internship at Mahindra Finance, Head office Mumbai, provided me with a comprehensive knowledge on corporate life and employability skills. My special project association in Ernst & Young at Kochi gave me invaluable experiencesandworthwhileinsightsforabettercareer. I am very grateful to my parents, from where I imbibed my positive attitude, confidence and strong determination by which I could grab first ever opportunity that came into my life. All the way from Kerala, I was looking for a diverse culture and serene atmosphere for my professional course. The reason behind my success is the realisation of that opportunity. I can proudly say that nowhere in the world will anyone find friends better than the ones I found in France, I will never forget them nor forget what we did, they changed me into what I am now, they helped me to become fluent and achieve all my other goals.
