Roatan Island, Power Plant, RECO, Honduras (outside coast line)
- Existing diesel power plant new prime mover implementation and partial plant upgrading
project with electrical and control systems manufacturing and delivery (panels etc)
- NAOY limited delivery with equipment, procurement, installation and commissioning
- NAOY limited delivery of design, engineering, drawings and manuals
- NAOY scope including mechanical equipment, process, instrumentation, electrification and

with supervisors from/by NAOY on site during busiest installation time
- NAOY commissioning and testing personnel works and duties in Jamaica for
instrumentation, control and automation systems (after barge arrival to end location)
OL3, Olkiluoto, Finland, Nuclear Power Plant construction site
- NAOY arrangements, task management and delivery of special welders for OL3 & Areva sub-
contractor BabCock & Noell GMBH (Germany)
- Limited time and entity specific welding works, including “correcting and finalizing” of previously
not accepted welding quality performed by other parties/sub- contractors
- Man power with project coordination tasks by NAOY
Fortum Heat, Järvenpää, Finland, Gas-diesel power plant modification (dismantling and
removal) to district heat plant (hot water boiler plant only)
- NAOY as main contractor in order to remove and dismantle the complete plant including;
diesel engine, generator and all related auxiliaries
- NAOY man power, work force and supervision, design and engineering with project
management in complete for the whole project
- NAOY safety planning and “station remaining on line status” planning with implementation in

- NAOY support specifically in engineering and design in the Delta Marin Raisio main office and
thereon for the related projects in Norway, Holland and Singapore; and as yet on going in
Malaysia (FPSO design specialists from NAOY)

services and particularly the engineering support is still continuing at the moment

- NAOY site management with site manager and mechanical supervisor on site; project
management and engineering with design (including electrical and automation) NAOY office

- Finished in last quarter of 2013, 4+1 x W12V32DF engines compound / gold mine site.
ITPL, Industrial Area Power Plant, W18V32 Gas conversion project, India
- NAOY master engineering, design (incl. drawings and documentation) for mechanical systems,
electrical systems and control/automation for WFI (as main contractor and project owner)
- Existing power plant engine/auxiliaries and related system conversion from HFO to gas (dual fuel
engine type); all conversion works done on situ bases; designed and planned like wise
- Still continuing project, ETA finishing in second quarter of 2014
Manaus Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 156 MW
- Supervising and commissioning PLC (DCS) systems (logic Modicon Quantum).
- Development of the speed controller software with the WFI, so that an automatic power support
to the electricity grid would be possible in case failures of the main grid.
Cameroon Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 95 MW
- NAOY deliveries 80% manpower of the electricians. Work included electrical and PLC
supervisions, and section management.
- Units test and commissioning also included.(logic Modicon Quantum).
Black Start Unit (WFI) 18MW
- PLC Advisor; The purpose of the work to carry out the commissioning procedure.
- Advise on the technical issues to the customer
- Handing over documentation and sing it behalf of WFI

Black Start Units 2 x 2MVA (IT-company, Finland)
- Addition of a new fully automatic generator unit to parallel with other three existing unit.
- Delivery with equipment, procurement, installation, commissioning, design and engineering.
Scope of supply 400/20kV step-up transformer terminals.
- Replaced the old unit to new fully automatic generator set. Scope as above.
- Replaced logic (Siemens S7-300) of distribution network system. All work has been done
without compromising the performance of production.
Offshore Vessel, Canada
- Purpose of the project, remove the old mechanical propellers and install new propulsion system.
- NA's share of the project was to replace the old control system of the engines and combine new
one to the ship's management system. (Siemens S7-300 and Woodward 723+)
Najran, Saudi-Arabia Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 50 MW (Island mode)
- Supervising and commissioning PLC (DCS) systems.(logic Modicon Quantum)
Burkina Faso, Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 15 MW
- Work included electrical and PLC supervisions/works
- Units test and commissioning also included. (logic Modicon Quantum).
Kenya, Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 95 MW
- Work included PLC supervisions/works

Guyana, Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 35 MW
- Replaced logic and operation and interface system (Modicon Concept and Factory Link) of Power
Plant. New system Modicon Quantum and Intouch.
- All work has been done without compromising the performance power.
Philippines, Diesel (WFI) Power Plant 90 MW
- Purpose of the project was change the power plant load mode from base load to island mode.

- Work included PLC supervisions.
- Units test and commissioning.

- PLC Advisor/Supervision; The purpose of the work to carry out the commissioning procedures
- Advise on the technical issues to the customer

- Complete control & monitoring system modification for older MAN marine engines
for power plant utilization with software development & installation
Several MAN Diesel & Turbo diesel SE power plant installations, Americas, Africa, Russia etc.
- Various construction & commissioning works worldwide for MAN Diesel & Turbo SE
- Engineering and Project Coordination support by NAOY engineers, location for these longer term
works was MAN Augsburg head office, thus partially worked through remotely from Finland also.

- Secured Emergency Power Units in Special Constructed Container
