RE: Letter of Recommendation for Bill Mounga
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of recommendation for Bill Mounga regarding the services he
provided for our company as a federal business consultant and project manager.
Bill is a hands-on administrator and extremely accessible. He brought in several
federal contracts in Colorado, where we do not normally work. These were
negotiated contracts with the federal government. Bill obtained and negotiated each
of these contracts to which he independently managed them to a very high
standard of quality, which was approved by the government.
Bill is an experienced government project manager of high integrity and work ethic.
He excels at developing interpersonal relationships and team building. Some of his
established relationships resulted in the development of strategic teaming partners
for our company. These relationships enabled our company to enter the federal
marketplace. With one teaming partner we were awarded and currently working on
a $4,000,000.00 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. With
another teaming partner we have submitted several proposals for various multiple-
award contracts throughout the United States. We are currently waiting for final
approval of those contracts.
I recommend Bill for consulting and project management type contracts in the
