3. WHAT IS SELF CONFIDENCE
Self-confidence is the knowledge that you
can do something and do it well. Self
confidence comes from firsthand knowledge
of the task at hand, knowing your strengths
and weaknesses, applying your skills to any
situation. Self confidence is extremely
important in almost every aspect of our lives.

Staying in your comfort zone, fearing failure and
so avoid taking risks. Governing your behavior
based on what other people think. Working hard
to cover up mistakes and hoping that you can fix
the problem before anyone notices
Low self confidence is characterized by a lack of
confidence and feeling badly about oneself.
People with low self-esteem often feel
unlovable, awkward, or incompetent.
10. HOW TO OVERCOME LOW SELF CONFIDENCE
The good news is that it is entirely possible
to overcome low self-esteem! There are two
key components to combatting this negative
self-image. The first is to stop listening to
your critical inner voice. The second is to
start practicing self-compassion.

Often we come across people who are
overconfident, i.e. egotistic and stubborn.
Generally, these people have the so called
“superiority complex” It is important to be
confident but. . . Overconfidence makes you
egoistic and irritating. Bragging about your
qualities and achievements will not make you

Overconfidence refers to a biased way of
looking at a situation. When you are
overconfident, you misjudge your value,
opinion, beliefs or abilities and you have
more confidence than you should given the
objective parameters of the situation.
