1. Have worked as a secretary from June 16, 2003 to March 2007 in
different departments

2. Have worked as Jr. HR Generalist to HR specialist at Ethiopian
Airlines between March 2007 to June 2013 in HR Development and
Organization Management

a. Reviews the existing educational policy and recommends
sound policy that would eliminate the short comings of the
exiting policy.

recommends consultative service.
c. Reviews thoroughly the reorganization request and makes

implementers in preparing blue print & preparing master data
to be uploaded from the legacy system to SAP
