Internships and trainings:-
I Joined TE Data as a trainee (training academy) in HR Department in August 2014
My Tasks:-
 I was responsible for the entire academy and that includes evaluating trainee performance
by taking feedbacks from their supervisors, doing excel sheet about their performance
and about all trainee information (register their date of birth, name, gender, check if all
required paper are submitted).
 I was also responsible for linking and coordinating trainees with the supervisors by using
mail communication system of the company to send and receive mails form trainee.
(answering any question, sending feedback, sending time and location of training course
or any event)
 Moreover, I was responsible for organizing events and training session (hotel
reservations, transportation, timing ect) for the academy. I was also responsible for
organizing the graduation ceremony of the academy and to evaluate the top trainees’
performance due to the supervisor’s feedback.
Extracurricular activities:-
 Joined the organization committee for the Prom.
 I was part of AIESIC student exchange program from 1st of August 2015 to 15th of
September 2015 in India. During the exchange program, I did culture exchange by
teaching my culture and learning other culture with other students from different
countries. Moreover, I went to different schools to teach them about the Egyptian culture
and teach the primary students Basic English and Math. In addition, I participated in
other activates showing how India protect their culture and environment and how India
enhance their education system.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Prezi and Podio.
Internet & E-mail.
OTHER SKILLS
 Very good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
 Effective Negotiation skills.
 Ability to work under stress.
