PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Presenter/Moderator: Raman Chadha (LAS ‘89), Executive Director & Clinical Professor, Coleman
Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University
The future of careers and income opportunities in America is shifting toward small companies and having
an entrepreneurial mindset. This only reinforces the well-known fact that small business has been the
driving force of the economy prior to and during the Great Recession’s rebound.
This special 2 hour program “Exploring Entrepreneurial Career Paths” will discuss the following
questions:
1. What are the different entrepreneurial career paths one can take? (ie: starting a business, working
for a start-up/small business, being a freelancer, etc.)
2. How and where do you find career opportunities with small employers or start-ups?
3. What does it mean to work for a small business versus a large employer?
Program continues with a 1 hour Question & Answer session comprised of entrepreneurial
panelist.
(Webinar participants will be able to submit questions during the session via keyboard.)

MODERATOR AND PANELISTS’ PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Raman Chadha (LAS ‘89)
Executive Director & Clinical Professor
Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University
After an uncomfortable career in the corporate world, Raman found his life's calling in
entrepreneurship. In 1995, he started a consulting firm focused on strategic planning and growth
management, working with over 200 clients from start-up to $15 million in revenues. He joined
DePaul in 2002 as an adjunct professor, and then helped launch the Coleman Entrepreneurship
Center a year later. Since then, he has helped guide the Center's strategic direction, develop its
programs, and build the spokes of its community. He continues to teach in DePaul's highly-
ranked entrepreneurship program, bringing his experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the
classroom. He earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of entrepreneurship and his family, Raman’s interests include
baseball, beer brewing, the outdoors, southern BBQ, and indie rock.
Adam Robinson (LAS ‘98)
Founder/CEO
Hireology
Adam founded Hireology (www.Hireology.com) with the mission to help growing companies
make better hiring decisions. Previously, Adam was the co-founder and CEO of illuma, a leader

full suite of interview and assessment tools.
Adam is passionate about entrepreneurship, donating time to a number of organizations that
support the entrepreneurial cause. He serves on the Board of Directors for Entrepreneurs
Organization, where he helped to develop and launch a national program that teaches core
business skills to early-stage entrepreneurs (http://accelerator.eonetwork.org). Adam is also on
the Board of Advisors for DePaul University’s Coleman Entrepreneurship Center, where he
serves as both a resource and speaker for this top-ranked Entrepreneurship program.
