The attitudes, values and motivational factors that drive the millennial generation in the
workplace are quite different from their Gen X or Baby Boomer colleagues. As a group,
millennials are very confident, extremely tech savvy and they tend to be high performers driven
to achieve on the job. In the workplace, millennials want and look for opportunities that will
provide them with advancement, flexibility, mentoring and work-life balance. Employers who
want and need to attract, recruit and retain millennials, one of the largest generations next to the
Baby Boomers, will need to understand this population and they will need to use a different
approach.
Join us via webinar or in person for a panel discussion focused on...
• Universum’s latest research findings and trends on what millennials look for in an employer,
• What motivates millennials to accept offers and keep them engaged once on the job,
• How to communicate with millennials during the different recruiting stages and,
• Recognizing the demographics challenge and understanding characteristics of millenials,
