Information Recruiting Session For Experienced Talent
The Alumni Career Center at the University of Illinois Alumni Association offers informational
recruiting sessions. If you are interested in hiring experienced talent or interested in increasing your
visibility or brand, a customized session can be scheduled. The event will be located at the Illini
Center in downtown Chicago to meet and network with alumni.

Information Recruiting Session** $400
A customized email list of targeted alumni will be ordered and alumni will be e-mailed through
an event management software program. A minimum of 6-8 weeks is needed to schedule this event.

o UI Alumni Association calendar (47,944 total page views during 2013)
o Hire UI Alumni (HUIA) job board announcement (13,298 active accounts in FY14)
o Monthly newsletter subscriptions (3567 through March 2014)

A webinar/teleconference feature is available to achieve a broader reach to alumni
Throughout the country.
B. Onsite Add-on option (1hr) $50
Network with a targeted group of up to 60 alumni. The base cost covers rental of the room
and set-up fees associated with the event. One half of the base cost is due by the date the
alumni emailing list is sent out. The remaining balance will be due prior to the event date.
