Grade Assistant Teacher at Berwick Elementary School. I assist
the teacher in planning activities. I help maintain the classroom in structure
learning environment. I work with small reading and math groups to help teach
students. I also assist in facilitating curriculum and planning with the teachers. I
assist in checking materials, students portfolios, supervising, and testing as
directed by the teacher. I also assist in keeping the bulletin boards and other
classroom centers current.
2013- 2014: Preschool Teacher at the Goddard School. I create lesson plans for
preschool children using the Goddard Guide Curriculum. I taught basic sound
language to help students have a better understanding of the words. I educated
children how to count to Spanish from 1 to 20. I also developed cultural and fine
art activities.
