Quality Manager 3-04 to current
▪ Monitors systems and activities to ensure plasma manufacturing is performed according to cGMP and quality
policy
o Current with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations
o Ensures center compliance related to quality of product, employee and donor safety
▪ Reviews records and operational documents
▪ Tracks deviations in operational procedures, policies and trends responses to corrective actions
▪ Conducts quality assurance audits for critical control points and system elements within plasmapheresis process
▪ Implemented and facilitated quality/Medical Supervisor meeting
▪ Supervised 100% chart review in response to 3 year gap in prior quality reviews
▪ Developed Error Reduction Plan with RQM/management team. Error reduction plan has led Independence to
be best in company 2011,2012, and 2013 for lowest nonconformance rate per 1000 donations
▪ Provided quality review/support for conversion from Autopheresis C to PCS2
o Assisted with development protocol documents, identified opportunities for revisions/modifications
▪ Collaborated with operations to develop/implement document control system
▪ Assisted with product transfer to and from freezer trailer during new Master file Freezer installation/validation
▪ Managed 14 successfulinspections; including PQAG, EMEA, PPTA,and CLIA with no critical findings
▪ Certified LEAN Yellow Belt and participated in Kaizen events, VSM sessions, and 5S of center
▪ Implemented and maintained QMR Binder Alignment Project and purged previous binders
▪ Provided consistent and stable leadership during quality and operations transitions on multiple occasions
▪ Experienced with equipment including Auto-C, PCS2, Welch-Allyn, IVAC,Criticare, Omron, manual and
digital Refractometers,Easy Scheduler, DIS 6.0, C3ME, and Trackwise 8
