SUMIFRU
Plantation 1 has a number of 1,295 employees. Three of
which hadn’t able to sign due to Maternity Leave.
Random interviews were conducted and as a combined
retort, “It is the best exertion by the company, and though
our loyalty to the company is hardened, our own fidelity itself
has been established then.
Issues and Concerns
 A coach named, Abdul T. Ali offered his
problem on his salary deduction of Php
500.00 every payday.
 And as verified, an amount of Php
6,000.00 was discovered. Finance In
charge states, “it is a Cash Advance.” But,
as I asked to show a copy of his “Cash
Advance Slip”, no copy is presented.
 Reason: “The Cash Advance happened
before tasks was given to her.”
