* Hired, trained and developed over 100 leaders and receptionists to staff 111 weekly meetings
across Louisiana and Mississippi
* Researched, developed and opened three new retail stores in Louisiana and Missippi
* Successfully grew territory into meetings within companies and corporations around territory,
opening 42 at-work meetings
* Worked with staff to bring weight compliance amongst staff down from 46% non-compliant to
just under 6% non-compliant over a three year span
* Reduced employee contrition rate amongst territory staff from 74% attrition within first year
employment to under 6% by bonding with staff, respectfully listening to, training and helping
staff set goals and working as liaison between field staff and Corporate management to resolve
interior conflicts
* Developed and implemented several special event membership driving and member retention
programs that became company standard,
* Increased product sales per member by 23% each year through innovative promotions and
staff education
* Conduct several weekly meetings with many members, counseling and directing them to
specific to program information to assist in weight loss goals

through facilitation of group meetings, personal one-on-one counsultations and weekly follow up
