11. MAALAM.
Internal: To promote transparency and accountability within and outside the
council, the following will be employed
Up-to-date – Council GAs will begin with short discussions of current events
Financial reports – Regular release of financial reports
Minutes of the Meeting – Minutes will be released at most 3 days after
every council meeting
UFTRS system – Employment of “University Financial Transparency Reporting
Standards” for maximum transparency and accountability in money matters
CMC Situationer – Release of the situation of the college (in aspects such as
organizations, fees, etc.) at the end of every semester
#UlatCouncil – Student updates will be released immediately through social
media
12. MAALAM.
Services: To help further promote a conducive environment for the students, the council
will strive to provide the following services
Pa2big – Patubig stationed in Plaridel hall and the Media center
Open library – Readings will be made available to the public via the council office
Org lockers – Free use of lockers for organizational needs
Printing and burning – Printing and burning services at a minimal price
CD shop - For immediate production needs
Dormitory and boarding house directory – To aid in housing needs
CMC portal – Online grievance desk to follow up concerns
STRAW hotline – For immediate concerns
Career and Labor Assistance – Fair featuring prospective careers as well as labor
rights awareness and duties
Free online courses database – To promote leisure and extracurricular hobbies
13. MAALAM.
Expansion: To widen the scope of the activities inside the college
MassCommUnity – Assemblies with the different sectors in the college will be
called to know how each can participate in the plight of the others’
DormiTours – Partnerships with dorm councils will be made for council and
CMC org events
CMC Cup: Power Up! – Sports festival featuring all sectors inside the college
as part of the 50th anniversary celebration fellowship program
Lantern parade – Aid in lantern-making for the competition
14. MAALAM.
Involvement: The council strives for maximum involvement of the students all
year round
Speakers’ training – For campaign dissemination; may be requested by
organizations or adhoc teams of the council
Affiliates congress – Training for the volunteers of the council
(Un)Cover – Coffee table book which contains photos of various social
realities taken by students and organizations
50th year documentary – As part of the jubilee celebration, a documentary
historicizing CMC’s 50 years will be made
Ansaveh – Semestral talk show on pertinent issues which will also feature
Maskom groups

Through the help of the Office of the Student Regent and General
Assembly of Student Councils, monitor the implementation of STS and ACS
and how it affects the students

University-wide campaign to help promote DZUP
Internship misc fees
Study the feasibility of scrapping miscellaneous fees as manifested
by several students who are taking their internship classes
