ABSTRACT
As a student of higher institution, it is very important to always know your
grades as this will help make the student’s academic life easier knowing their stand
in terms of their performance. Cumulative Grade Point Average is one of the most
stressful and time consuming activities that Students, Exams & Record and
Departmental Head face now and then. It is a known fact that students are finding it
hard to calculate their semester grades as the session goes by, Being one of the
difficulties every student especially the new students in campus are facing in
higher institution. This has been a concern to the student union government and the
dean of student as student meets them for help to calculate their grades often.
Therefore, Student Cumulative Grade Point Average calculation should be well
known by the student of higher institutions, and also have a program that is easy to
installed and use within their computers. This project seeks to proffer offline
procedure on Student Cumulative Grade Point Average calculation. This procedure
will be able to solve the problem of Cumulative Grade Point Aggregate calculation
in department of computer science.
