Job Description:
 The IT Service DeskAnalystwill provide firstandsecondline
technical supporttointernal staff. The maingoal of our teamis to
maintain24/7 supportacross all brands of JFC corporation.
Responsibilities:
 Ticketing System: Freshdesk and Codesk
 Installation and configuration of standard software used in Delivery
Stores
 Provide technical support to end users through telephone by giving
instructions
 Ensure that all ONDS stores across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are
operational
 Escalation of all issues concerning our team
 Make sure the team is well organized and productive to provide utmost
support
 Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, person and
through remote access.
 Call Process Handling
 Advise user on appropriate action
 Follow standard help desk procedures
 Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
 Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
 Provides technical assistance in setup and installation, configuration and
trouble of hardware and software.
