✓ Designed and directed the development of the original electronic purse (e-Purse) embedded in smart cards
that became the Navy Cash™ and Marine Cash℠ program deployed through chosen trusted agent JPMorgan
Chase. Working with US Treasury, US Navy and US Marines this technology enabled Naval ships to become
cashless vessels saving the US Treasury over $53.2 million in lost interest in the first year and eliminated
the fleets need to transport over $1.2 billion in allotted onboard funds that earned no interest floating around in
the ocean while concurrently insuring proper Navy personnel utilization. The Secretary of Navy declared it
the most successful naval project ever and ordered fleet-wide rollout.
✓ Developed smart cards with multiple levels of secure printing and security using contact and contactless chip
technologies to authorize NY City personnel access to buildings, computers, databases, time and attendance
and other applications. Delivered over 200,000 smart cards to the NY Police Department, NY Fire Department,
NY EMT Paramedics and NY Law. Generated over $1.2 million in new sales for Smart Card Integrators.

• Recruited by Taiwan CEO / Chairman, accepted short-term (six month) contract to turnaround struggling US
division.
• Developed strategic sales / marketing plan, forecasted goals and objectives, renegotiated Microsoft contract
(saving over $155K) and strengthened infrastructure for IPO.

$70M Australia based wireless company with a patented dual-SIM cellular device designed to conduct global e-
commerce independent of cell phone model or global air-time carrier.
• Recruited by and reporting to the Chairman / CEO, designed and directed the development of the “original
and first updated release” electronic purse embedded in smart cards that became the Navy Cash™ and
Marine Cash℠ solution deployed through US Treasury and their trusted agent JPMorgan Chase.
• The e-Purse enabled US Naval ships to become “cashless vessels” eliminating transportation of up to $1.2B
allotted funds for Navy fleet floating around in ocean drawing no interest. Also eliminated quarters and the
need for the chosen sailors to collect, count, and turn into Distribution Officer the vending machine quarters
instead of doing jobs they were trained for.
