From Chrome, open the “Guidehouse Bookmarks” folder
You can access our applications two ways:

folder, then click on
“Cloud Password Change”

1. Enter your @Guidehouse.com email address
2. Enter the old password: Welcome12
3. Create a new password
(at minimum, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase,
1 number, 8 characters in length)
4. Confirm your new password
5. Click Submit
You are successful when you see
“Your password is successfully updated”

Open Microsoft Authenticator
Click on Add account
Select Work or school account
Click “OK” to allow access
to the camera

then click on “MFA Enrollment”

“Additional Security Verification”

2. Enter your
Mobile number

“Authenticator

At this screen, on your phone open
Microsoft Authenticator

Line up the camera block with the QR
code on your computer screen

The authenticator app will automatically begin providing a
6-digit code every 30 seconds
Click “Next” to proceed

Your MFA will configure. Once done, you will see the notice “Your mobile app has
been configured.
Click Save

Enter the current 6-digit code
from your authenticator app
(no spaces)
Click “Verify”

When you see “Updates
successful,” click “Close”

Open Citrix Files from your desktop by
clicking on the Citrix Files icon
Log in using your email and Cloud
password
Navigate to your shared files through your
file explorer window

Click Close. Go to your phones Settings, General, Profile
Click to select XenMobile Profile Service. Click Install on
the Install Profile message.

Click Trust on the Remote management
pop up
Click Install on the following two messages
to install the new profile

Guidehouse email and Cloud password, if
requested
Click Done on the Profile Installed screen

Launch Secure Mail. You will be prompted
to input the Citrix PIN you just created.
Choose Allow to receive your email and
calendar notifications
IGNORE the Microsoft Outlook email in
your inbox saying your device is
temporarily blocked. Your emails will
begin to appear after about 20 minutes.

From your SecureHub store, search for
“GovCon Time & Expense” and install
Enter the Server URL as
