LOWEST RATES: Debt Financing for Real Estate and Renewable Energy
Our company seeks to identify larger projects for funding through a major North
American fund. The Fund’s management is aggressive and ready to beat even highly
competitive rates that you might have been quoted from your bank. The Fund usually
competes successfully with major banks and insurance companies around the globe.
This is traditional loan funding, but it is based on the Funds financial engineering
which enables this low cost loan product.
We also structure financing for government projects backed by Sovereign
Guarantees.
Over many years the Fund has placed significant investments globally at lowest rates
in income producing Real Estate- and Renewable Energy linked projects. Just send
us an email and we gladly share confidential information about most recently funded
projects.
Loans are available anywhere, except in unstable regions and where prohibited by
US law. Not considered are applicants in financial distress, or if financial resources to
run a project of relevant size have already been used up. An acceptable Applicant
should have own cash funds at stake of at least 10%.
Attached is the summary of the Lowest rates for debt loan funding and an Application
Form through which you can request a general terms letter issued directly by the fund
after Pre-Qualification of your signature project. The answers to questions raised in
the Application document have to be provided in exactly the way as stated, and
presented on the Applicants own letterhead. Your information will be dealt with on a
strictly confidential basis and is shared with the Fund’s management only.
