2. History of IEP
 UCSF’s state-of-the-art audio-visual Language Lab includes the award-
winning DynEd software developed in the USA. With a modular syllabus
and activities, you’ll love learning English!
 IEP had made an inelligent english and excitement subject.

3. HOW LONG IS THIS
PROGRAMME?
 This Ministry of Education (MOE) approved
programme runs for about 10 weeks.

4. WHAT DO YOU
STUDY?
 You study the 4 main skills of language in Listening,
Speaking, Reading and Writing through various
learning methods and in a variety of subjects.

5. HOW DO YOU
PLACE ME IN
CLASS?
 You will be given a Placement Test which will accurately
determine your level of English based on an international
assessment body called the Common European
Framework Reference (CEFR)

6. WHAT ABOUT EXAMS?
 Our internal exams are mostly continuous
assessments.

7. WHAT ARE THE
ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS?
 Open to all Malaysians, 16 years and above.

10. Language Lab
 In this subject,we learn from DyNed courseware by
using laptop and headphone.
 We were learning by ourselves only and there’s no
help from the lecturer.
 Before that,the Dyned analice from the placement
test.Then,from the test we could known what’s our
level in Dyned.

11. Project English
 This subject give us an expectations
assignment that’s really hard but if we work as
a group it will be better than work alone.
 The assignment that must we do in 8 weeks is
to do fundraising charity carnival for SPCA KK.
 SPCA KK is Society for the Prevention of
Cruelty to Animals in Kota Kinabalu.
 It’s relocated at Kinarut and it’s took half an
hour to arrive at that place.
