to achieve.
Goal Setting:
Identifying your goals and creating an action plan designed
to motivate and guide a person to their achievement.

6. Short Term Goals Vs. Long Term Goals
Short Term Goals
~A goal that is designed to be completed
in a short period of time. Typically, short-
term goals span a few days or a few
weeks and never last longer than five
months
Long Term Goals
~Long-term goals span longer
periods of time and can take six
months or longer to complete.

> Be specific when making your goals.
> Make sure your goals can be tracked and you can see your progress.
> Your goal should be easy to plan out and execute.
> Avoid stress and frustration by making your goal realistic.
> Always have a time deadline of when you want to complete your goal.
