11. BUSINESS MODEL CARD TOOLS
11
Bundling
With experience-selling, a company is not just selling a product
or service, but it also gives its customers an experience. A
memorable event will be created, increasing the perceived
value and thus allowing prices to be set at a higher level.
Experience Selling
A basic product is offered for an attractive and competitive
price. Subsequently, the customer is charged for each
additional feature or service. In this way, customers can
compose their own personal product
Add on
Bundling refers to the practice of selling multiple
products together for a single price. Instead of buying
separate products, customers can buy a package,
often at a discount. Providers can enjoy economies of
scope, i.e., selling multiple products at once.
