• Platform Event(PE) is part of Salesforce’s
enterprise messaging platform.
• This feature allows us to stream data between
SFDC and other 3rd party apps.
• PE offers the benefits of event-driven software
architectures.
• Using PE we can eliminate polling request and
give near real time updates.
