2. A cylinder can be defined as a solid figure bound by
•A curved surface
•Two flat surfaces called its bases
•The bases made of congruent circles

CSA = 2πrh
= 2× × 10 × 35
= 2200 cm2

= 2× × 10 (45)
= 2828.5714 cm2
Therefore, CSA = 2200 cm2 & TSA = 2828.5714 cm2
