environment which provides opportunities to employees to take initiative and
self-direction. Theory Y encourages decentralization of authority, teamwork
and participative decision making in an organization.
• Theory Y managers have an optimistic opinion of their people and encourage
them to develop their skills and suggest the improvements. They encourage
open communication rather than to control employees.

Team Lead must delegate parts of his authority and it's necessary
that the teams decide together what solutions to adopt.
Team lead provides work autonomy to subordinates for fostering
the innovation and creativity.

Performance gaps should be closed with better communication rather
than frequent training programs.

conversations.

Will to create a structure for discussion. This POSITIVE model will

Chose a partner to act on your behalf in game
Blind fold and partner will guide you between obstacles

which leads them to being more productive. Despite working
