3. Recent Project Details:
Project: Modifications, Modelling and Detailing of Aircraft Brake Components
Software: Catia V5 and SmarTeam, SAP
Role: Sr CAD engineer Jun 2007 till Jan 2013
Objective:- Design modification, modelling of casting and machining components. Modelling and product
definition of manufacturing components such as Torque tubes, break housing, Rotor, actuator, inboard and
outboard wheel of aircraft brakes. Assembly of Main gear wheel, nose gear wheel and brake. New torque tubes
are been modelled using bar stock materials and manufacturing drawings are been generated as per the
standards and released for production
Role Played:
 Aircraft Wheel and Brake – Design and Validation
 Aircraft Brake Control Systems – Design Support
 Prepared assembly, detail and production/machining drawing and shared with customer for Critical Design
Review (CDR) and released to the production
 Verified the scope on each stages like design standards, detail design requirements, process specifications to
support task performance.
 Executed the concept design and shared with customer for Preliminary Design Review (PDR)

Objective: Project involves modelling, detailing and assembly of various components of the Refrigeration and
Air conditioning Plant. This involves the creation of parametric models and manufacturing Drawings as per the
Standards of the client. Creation of Source Control Drawings using as per the requirements of the client. The
project is carried out at client location GERMANY for 3 months.
Roles played:
 Modelling, Detailing and assembly of refrigeration Plant which includes components like Compressors, Heat
Exchangers, Suction receivers, Liquid receivers valves and Piping.
 Incorporation of Design changes in the models and creation of manufacturing Drawings as per the Standards
of the client.
 Quality checking and delivery of files as per client specification.
 Coordination between the Client and the work carried out in India. Design & development of customized
products based on customers' specific needs and continuous up-gradation of product quality by reducing
defects
