3. EYELET
• it help to form a mechanical solder joint that increases
circuit reliability especially where high current involved
• Prevent pcb from tearing out where cord thongs or
fasteners are inserted
• Clinching angle should be 30~45
• Pressure should be 5-6 kgf/cm^2
• Eyelet dividing into 6 part
4. JUMPER
• Conductor that get soldered between two part on board
• To correct a defect or implement the change after the board
has been defined or assembly
• Resistance is normally much greater
• Clinching angle 15~30
• Pressure:-5-6 kgf/cm^2

• length:-1.2 to 1.8 mm
5. AXIAL MACHINE
• It is used for inserting AXIAL COMPONENT in pcb
• AXIAL COMPONENT comes from the sequential machine
• For different pcb different program are given
• Axial component are clinched
• Clinching angle30~45degree
• Pressure 5-6kgf/cm^2
6. SEQUENTIAL MACHINE
• Used for making sequence of axial component for axial
machine
• It work on different program for different type of sequence
needed
• It have 120 feeder line to store component

7. RADIAL MACHINE
• Components with wire leads are generally used on through-
hole boards. ... The parallel leads projecting from a single
mounting surface gives radial components an overall "plugin
nature", facilitating their use in high-speed automated
component insertion ("board-stuffing") machines

8. MMT (PIN JIG)
• It is mainly used to find empty space or missing component in
pcb.
• It is formed with needle like structure if any component in pcb
is missing the needle(pin) will fall down
• For different pcb different module are used
