Role:
Led the team of Company Secretaries and ensuring compliance of
corporate law matters
Formulated & implemented the corporate governance policy in HAL and
the guidelines for excellent governance in the HAL group Companies.
Supervised restructuring exercise of HAL board and implemented the
revised board structure in order to align business needs of the
company with effective corporate governance and improved board
