o Initiating repair and maintenance project (INR One Crore) of the company office building,
wherein the owners and members were at logger heads in transferring ownership rights
o I have been appointed as a Secretary (Honorary) of the proposed society, used the
Company’s Chairman’s good will to get the project completed in a time bound manner
