RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Safe filling and on time dispatch of product through Tank Wagon, Tank Truck to retail outlets as per OISD
standards.
 Ensuring the quality of the product is maintained up to the destination. Improve & maintain quality with
continual improvement to ensure occurrence of zero complaint.
 Responsible for handling petroleum Products (SKO, HSD, MS, ATF, MTO, HEXANE, LPG) in Tank Farm.
 Certified “Quality control Signatory” for ATF Dispatch, Receipt and Documentations.
 Responsible for take PLT (pile line transfer) from refinery to our Tanks.
 All receipt and dispatch operations are supervised and control by SCADA, DCS and PLC.
 Monitoring the efficient operations of the Centrifugal Pumps, Mass Flow Meters (MFMs), Flow Control Valves
(FCVs), and Thermal Safety Valves (TSVs) during Pipe Line Transfer and GANTRY loading operations.
 Very much familiar with Control room activities. Well Versed with Automatic Tank Gauging System (ATG),
Terminal Automation System (TAS), ESD and DCS Interlocks, PLC based Pump manager, MOVs, ROVs, etc.
 Responsible for carrying out all types of Sampling, manual Gauging, Tank Line Up, Pump Line up, Water
Draining ,Pump operation and other all routine field activities as Per SOP.
 Working as shift in charge, Maintaining All documentation regards quality checks
Of the above mentioned products.
 Working as Control room Engineer Using Honeywell automation (Terminal).
 Responsible for Fire & Safety Measures, to be taken while operation as per OISD Standards.
 Knowledge fire fighting system & equipment related to Tank Farm & Gantry.
 Responsible for stock loss accounting of petroleum product for daily terminal operation.

2.  Coordination with Maintenance department for terminal maintenance activities including, tank cleaning and tank
repair etc.
 Active participation in HSSE implementation.
 Initiating transit, handling & storage loss analysis which would help in analysing the volume of losses and areas
of losses.
