I am a 1996 graduate of ‘School of Planning and Architecture’, New Delhi. I have over 18 years of
extensive experience in Architectural planning, design and construction of health care buildings. I have
handled large scale projects, including a variety of Commercial, Retail, Institutional, Healthcare, and
hospitality projects. My experience includes client interface, both Design and Project Management from
the conceptual stage through to documentation, construction, commissioning and handover stages.
Designed and implemented lean principles in order to improve workflows and operational flows in
healthcare facilities. I have travelled and studied extensively hospitals in Singapore, Malaysia,
Bangkok, Vietnam and Dubai.

Heading the in-house projects team of 14 architects and engineers, dealing with planning, design,
project management and project execution. Overseeing the group construction activity across the nation.
Co-ordinating with numerous design consultants and PMC firms, and Construction management teams
on multiple projects.
In 2012-14, Supervised execution and construction of 2 hospitals in Bangalore and 3 other
cardiac centres, adding 500 beds to the NH group.
In 2014-15, co-ordinating and monitoring construction of 4 projects that would add another 250
beds to the group.
Planning, design and Project supervision and co-ordination of ongoing projects including a 500
beds hospital in Mumbai, 300 beds hospital in Lucknow , 200 beds hospital in Bhubaneswar
and a 225 beds hospital for Vaishnodevi Shrine Board at Katra, J&K.

Started and established the Healthcare Design vertical. Headed and lead a team of healthcare architects,
as an independent profit center head. Handled projects from initial stages of medical planning, concept
design, project co-ordination, up-to execution stage. Responsible for overseeing documentation through
concept, Schematic design, detailed design development to construction and post construction
evaluation. Lead medical planner responsible for design planning and conducting user group meeting

Continental Hospital, a 420 Bed Super-specialty hospital at Hyderabad, with a built up area of
about 1.1 million sqft, a G+13 storeyed building with four basements, includes 13 Operation
theatres, 3 Linear accelerators, Nuclear medicine, ICUs, NICU etc.
Wockhardt Hospital, a 325 beds super-specialty hospital, at Bangalore.
200 beds Military Hospital at Maliha, Sharjah. Project co-ordinated with design teams in
Singapore, London and Dubai.
Two 200 bed hospitals for Apollo Group, of reach model, at Nellore and Vizag.
Cochi Medicity master planning project, a 142 acres medical campus, includes a 1000 bed
teaching hospital, medical and dental colleges, convention centres and residential facilities.

Manyata Business Park, master planning of 100 acres of residential and commercial
development project at Bangalore. Design and co-ordination of IT park buildings for built to

works with Seven Architectural and Interior Design firms for Reliance telecom Retail stores at 32
sites.

Worked as Architect with 'M/s Kapoor & Associates', on World Bank Aided: State Health Systems
Dev. Projects II (Up gradation of Eighteen Hospitals in West Bengal, India). The projects included
extensive re-zoning and re-planning, extensions, modifications and renovations of 18 hospitals, at all
referral levels.
Achievements: Designs approved by World Bank Consultants, Ministry of Health of West Bengal and
District health committees. Completed design stage, Tender stage and complete working Drawing
stage within eighteen months. Lead a team of six architects and was in-charge of Auto-Cad studio.
