I am a 1996 graduate of School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and hold a 1999 post
graduate diploma in Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management
and Research, Pune, and an Executive Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management,
Bangalore.
I have over 17 years of extensive experience in Architectural planning and design of health care
buildings. Experience in project coordination and leading teams. I have handled large scale projects,
including a variety of Commercial, Retail, Institutional, Healthcare, Leisure and Industrial projects.
My experience includes client interface and both Design and Project Management from the
conceptual stage through to documentation, construction, commissioning and handover stages. I have
travelled and studied extensively hospitals in Singapore, Malaysia, Bangkok, Vietnam and Dubai.

Heading the in-house projects team of 14 engineers, dealing with planning, design, project
management and project execution. Overseeing the group construction activity across the nation.
Supervised execution and construction of 2 hospitals in Bangalore and 3 other cardiac centres in
2012-13, adding another new 500 beds to the NH group. Planning and design for 500 beds hospital in
Mumbai, 300 beds hospital in Lucknow and a 200 beds hospital in Bhubaneswar. Overseeing
feasibility studies for JV projects for Greenfield and brownfield projects.

Handled business leads, presentation pitches, framing strategies for business development and
operations. Handled planning and design for a proposed 850 bed, Healthcare Park project for M/s.
Chaithanya Developers in Whitefield, Bangalore. A project comprising of multiple high-rise hospital
buildings with a built-up area of about 11 Lakh Sqft.

Started and established the Healthcare Design vertical. Headed and lead a team of healthcare
architects, as an independent profit center head. Handled projects from initial stages of medical
planning, concept design, project co-ordination, up-to execution stage. Responsible for overseeing
documentation through concept, Schematic design, detailed design development to
construction and post construction evaluation. Lead medical planner responsible for design
planning and conducting user group meeting with clients. Supervised project co-ordination with
multiple consultants, project managers, vendors and agencies. Responsible for business leads,

 200 beds Military Hospital at Maliha, Sharjah. Project co-ordinated with teams in Singapore,

sites.

Dev. Projects II (Up gradation of Eighteen Hospitals in West Bengal, India). The projects included
