In this second phase of migration, we configured and set up migration jobs and tested
them for accuracy.
CloudFuze conducted a series of pre-migration checks before the start of migration to
ensure everything was intact. Following are the some of the pre-migration checks we
conducted.

Discovery’s involvement was not much needed in this phase other than participating in
discussions related to migration process.
The CloudFuze team would send daily reports on the status of migration. In addition to
that, the team was also available for daily status calls to provide in-depth updates on
the migration.
Discovery was entitled to a daily sync meeting with the migration team to get updates
on the migration.
Any issues or problems that arise during the migration were addressed on a priority
basis. The migration team monitored the migration round the clock and anticipated
most problems in advance. At times, Discovery’s involvement was needed for providing

During this last phase of the migration, our team worked closely with the Discovery
team for any data reconciliation, questions or concerns by the end users, issues faced
by IT admins, or any queries on the files/folders migrated. Once Discovery confirmed
that all the files and folders are successfully migrated, CloudFuze then marked the
project as completed.
During this phase, Discovery’s IT team spends time analyzing and reviewing the
migrated content. The internal IT team and the end-users were needed to review the
newly migrated content check whether all files, folders, permissions, etc. are
transferred properly.
