Editor's Notes So, we’ve taken great care to develop a joint that is not only water tight in the lab for ten mins, it will provide a water tight connection for the life of the installation.
This is a close up of the bell and spigot of DuroMaxx. You can see the double fluted gasket that provides an extremely tight, sanitary sewer grade connection.
All our products are branded or labeled to identify the product. The premium Water Tight version of DuroMaxx carries this logo, with white lettering and BLUE back ground. Pipe with a conventional Silt Tight joint will be BLUE lettering and White background and states it’s “silt tight” on the lower right corner of the logo. All pipe features blue resin in the weld seam. This allows for easy quality control observation.
