Concept:
• To provide an integrated transportation facility with adequate facilities and
amenities to cater to the requirements of all user groups
• To minimize and reduce congestion on main roads through efficient traffic
movement
• Smooth flow of all types of traffic, to and from the terminal, such that
there is no congestion or disturbance caused to traffic along the main
roads
• Minimum or no conflict between various traffic types- passengers, buses
and private vehicles, and to achieve minimum passenger and vehicle
processing time
• To encourage use of public transport and provide first-mile connectivity
through provision of park and ride facilities in the proposed bus terminal.

MY ROLE:
• Involved in Design & detail stage to prepare detail drawings
for GFC.
• Incorporation of multiple consultants requirement as per
project need.
• Checking of structural and MEP drawing to fulfill project
requirements.
• Actively participated in all client and consultants meeting to
finalize the floor plan and project requirements.
• Checking and approval of shop/vendor drawings.

• 48 houses with 1000sq.ft of area

• Rescue building/community hall

Mahindra foundation Ltd. executed this project as per their policy of CSR activities. Project fund was sponsored by Mahindra groups of
employees by their one day salary.Mahindra adopted pattori village after Koshi river flood in 2008,to improve their basic amenities and life style.
I was involved in the project as a designer from schematic design to completion.

Beautification of river front and beach at Chunnambar in Puducherry
• Puducherry, the capital of Union territory of Puducherry
is on the east coast about 162 kms south of Chennai
(Madras) located on the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of
Bengal.
• Puducherry is a blend of spiritual aura, French colonial
heritage, Tamil culture and the cosmopolitan flair of
many nationalities in a small but varied town.
• Department of Tourism as part of its continuing
commitment to promote tourism industry in the Union
territory of Puducherry has proposed to undertake
beautification of Chunnambar beach.
• Chunnambar is about 8 Kms from Puducherry town and
possess a number of scenic spots.
• It is proposed to develop 4 acres of land around the
Boat House, old bridge opposite to the complex and
beach area “Paradise Island” to harness its rich tourism
potential. The development includes Sustainable & Eco-
friendly concepts besides beautification, creating &
conserving nature.
