Profile Summary
 A communications career that began with journalism has traversed all the areas of
communications in the last 15 years building expertise in Public Relations, Marketing
Communications, Event Management, Corporate Communications and Social Media
Marketing. The journey so far has helped to gain expertise and provide ample exposure in

 In the current role started and fuelled business operations of Thought Factory by
developing teams, mapping clients, starting operations in new regions, setting up associate
networks pan India, utilized expertise and acumen of identifying fruitful business

2.  Played a key role in the setting up, establishing and maintaining the reputation of
International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS - a division of Govt of
Kerala’s IT Department focusing on free software promotion internationally) as a centre of
excellence right from the time the centre was set up. Managed two international
conferences in 2011 and 2014 right from ideation to execution.
 Effectively handled the crisis management of MNCs like Amway India, Suzlon Energy and
Harrisons Malayalam Limited in Kerala.
 Have managed the reputation of the IT Department of Govt of Kerala for the last decade
and ensured that its IT parks Technopark and Infopark gained internationally visibility
amongst IT fraternity across the globe.
 A key achievement was helping in the reputation management of the Kerala Government’s
Startup Incubation Initiatives – which today is the most recognized initiative of the State in
India and that which the government has made its key focus area apart from tourism
 Helped in ‘Dial 108 for Ambulance’ service to set up operations in the State and ensured the
service was reaching out to people through positive messaging across various mediums
 Engaged in various CSR initiatives of companies and involved with NGOs for various
community initiatives.

relations activities of the organisations, regionally, nationally and internationally.
