went LED. Ideal for installing in stairways, corridors and communal areas. Can either be installed into

I. Retro Refit Microwave occupancy sensor
More efficient than time lag switching, every time a switch is used the lamp uses more energy to
strike up, where as these microwave sensors run constantly at 5% dependant of ambient Lux levels,
when the sensor picks up movement the light will then go to 100% then dim back down when no
movement is detected. Installing these in your original light fittings will save you money on your
energy bills and could also raise the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) of the building. As from
April 2018 it will be against the law to rent out a premise with an EPC lower than grade E.

II. LED 16W Bulkhead with microwave occupancy sensor
Maintenance free LED lighting with microwave occupancy sensor already installed into the fitting,
very efficient running at 16 watts. This bulkhead would normally be replaced for the very similar 28
watt bulkhead.
