2. Introduction
HELIOS series as the pioneer model of high
power all in two solar led street light in 2016,
it is an integrated solar street Light
combined ultra brightness Philips LED
source, intelligent programable MPPT
controller and lifePO4 battery pack, all
these components are integrated inside of
the light fixture, Solar light head is
connected to solar panel by universal MC4
plugs.
The big capacity LifePO4 battery pack is
adopted, and it could work continuously
with high power because the solar panel is
separated from the light head, then the
customer can choose a suitable power of
solar panel according to their local solar
radiation to ensure enough power can be
generated daily to meet the power
consumption of light. for example, for the
same 50W light, the solar panel used in
Saudi will be 80W only, while it should be
120W or 150W in Europe.
The lighting program can be modified by
the remote easily so that more energy could
be saved so the lifetime of the battery will
be extended greatly with less depth of
discharge. More than 20,000 full set of helios
solar street light are provided to UNHCR in
past years.

3. Introduction
As the pioneer of all in two solar street light on market. Auroras has got a high reputation from
clients over last years on quality and service. HELIOS is a popular model for commercial
lighting because of its lighting performance and quality.
All in two solar led street light is an innovation structure of solar led street light developed
since 2016. It adopts the concept of all in one solar led street light in order to reduce the
complication of installation but also maintain the stability and flexibility of regular solar led
street light whose components are individual.
It adopts ultra high brightness of Philips lumileds SMD3030 as light source. Each led chip can
be drived to 1W max. With 90pcs max of SMD3030 leds drived by low current, it achieve to
more than 160lm per watt. Meanwell it output less heat which will extend the lifetime of LED
chip greatly.
Super long lifetime LifePO4 battery are adopted for all model of solar street light. Produced
with high requirements of management and production by ISO9001 certified factory, lifePO4
battery is able to provide continues and stable power to system for many years without
maintainence.
As the CPU of solar led light, high efficiency MPPT solar charge controller are adopted for all
lights, it allows 12V/24V 10A , 15A ,20A depending on the power of light. With high quality and
high efficiency solar charge controller, it can guarantee sufficient power can be generated
with limited solar radiation condition. Lighting program can be modified with remote control
easily as customers’ demand.
Solar light head is to be connected to solar panel directly with MC4 connectors. it make the
installation simple and durable. Seperated solar panel can be freely adjusted as needed.
Customer can select a suitable power of solar panel depending on their local solar radiation
at will.

4. The direct connection scheme is adopted, and there is no centralized manager, and the signal transmission is carried out through the base station of the
mobile operator. The solar controller, wireless communication module, cloud server, client (mobile app, WBE terminal) consists of 4 parts.
Solar controller: Intelligent solar controller can collect the current, voltage, temperature, power generation, power consumption, and other information
of the system (battery panel, battery, LED load, etc.), and transmit the data to the communication module through the interface. It can receive commands
from the client to switch lights and parameter adjustments.
Wireless communication module: Transmit the information of the solar controller to the cloud platform through the network, which is a bridge
connecting the controller and the cloud platform.
Cloud server: The cloud server is deployed on Alibaba Cloud and Amazon Cloud and is responsible for system scheduling, data storage, data processing,
logical transaction processing, etc. It is the subject of the Wireless Monitoring and Management System.
Client: The client includes web and mobile apps. The user can view the data of the cloud service through the client, and at the same time control the switch
lights and adjust the street light parameters through the cloud server.

Lorawan/Zigbee:
The bottom layer uses free wireless frequency communication, and the
bottom layer data is transmitted to the Internet through a centralized
manager, so that one concentrator can manage multiple street lights.
Advantages: when mass street lamps are used, the communication fee is
relatively low.
Disadvantages: the need to install a concentrator, the cost of the
concentrator is relatively high, and the location of the concentrator
needs to be paid attention to, and the construction cost is high. The
signal stability is not good.
2G/4G/GPRS/NB-IOT
The direct connection scheme is adopted, and there is no centralized

Advantages: The signal reliability and safety are relatively high, the

13. Warranty Policy
During the first two years, Auroras is committed to replace the failed products and undertake the shipping cost, during the third year , Auroras is committed
to provide spare parts or complete product for free and shipping cost will be paid at buyer’s expense.
The “Warranty Period” will begin at the date of original Product purchase form either AURORAS , or an authorized AURORAS Distributor/Dealer. AURORAS
will repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components at AURORAS’s election or discretion. Advances in technology may lead to
“better or advanced” products being selected for replacement.
This Warranty is further conditioned on the purchaser contacting AURORAS during the warranty period between normal business hours to review the issue
and initiate the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This must be done prior to the return of any defective product. Only AURORAS
manufactured products may be returned through the AURORAS RMA process. No defective products, AURORAS or otherwise, It will be returned to
purchaser. The AURORAS RMA form must be legible and completed in detail prior to approval for return. The AURORAS Warranty is further conditioned and
will only apply to AURORAS products that are properly installed. This includes wiring and connection to proper approved components and product working
environments.
This Warranty is void and does not apply to products that fail as a result of neglect, mistake, misuse, alteration, improper installation or implementation.
This includes but is not limited to: improper wiring, installation under improper and non-approved operating environments such as temperature, humidity
or voltage conditions; improper installation using components that are not approved or are not AURORAS manufactured products. Installation and usage
of AURORAS products should only be completed in association and complete knowledge of all necessary and related codes, standards
and instructions of installation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all necessary approvals and to understand the product’s intended use and
all relevant instructions, recommendations, and guidelines for the proper installation, use of any AURORAS product and related “manufactured products,”
used in conjunction with . The accuracy and completeness of any statements, technical information and recommendations in any form of product
literature or instructions are not guaranteed, are not part of this Warranty, and does not in any way constitute a warranty. The purchaser is responsible for
suitability of installation and full implementation and must determine potential applications and installations independently.
Warranty Compensation will be based on ”usage factors and time in use” and“ Technology Value,” and will be pro-rated based on this and information
collected via the RMA process. What is not covered under this Limited Warranty is defects of any kind caused or created by improper installation of any kind;
damage caused during shipping to purchaser or beyond “acts of Nature or God. AURORAS will not cover additional labor costs or Warranty such labor
