What is a brand?
Not easy to say simply, but essentially, it is the promise,
the big idea and the expectations that reside in each
customer’s mind about a product, service or company.
People can come to love brands, trust them and believe in
their superiority.
How do we shape brands?
One key area is brand identity. While brands speak
to the mind and heart, brand identity is tangible and
appeals to the senses. Brand identity is the visual and
verbal expression of a brand. Identity supports, expresses,
communicates and visualises the brand.
