• Assist placing new and renewal commercial lines of insurance with Team
• Began producing new business buy using my prior resources and developing new business
relationships acting in the role of commercial underwriter

Initially employed by I. Arthur Yanoff & Co. responsible for servicing a renewal book of business and
then assigned to new business underwriting to try to round out my accounts
• Responsibilities increased while working for RPS after they purchased I. Arthur Yanoff in 2008.
The economy was poor and underwriting excess lines became very soft.
• Our Business Plan was re-focused on appetite selection in an effort to submit business and
increase hit-ratio
Commercial Underwriter, CRC Services/Southern Cross Underwriters, Inc., September 2003 to December 2006
• Brought a large broker database to the office
• Serviced existing renewal business as required
• Underwrote new business in accordance with various company underwriting guidelines
• Participated in marketing efforts by entertaining producers and company personnel
• Managed an underwriting assistant and support staff as necessary to service the accounts
• Traveled several times per year for conferences and training
• Assisted with policy audit procedures per binding authority and company requirements. This
