4. Key to our Success
Dedicated people with a large heart
– Project Why is the people , we set up our centers with the help of people from the
community
– Everyone is deeply committed to make a difference in the life of others. We are a hands-
on team that loves to get engaged and involved in the work at our community centers
Large network of international volunteers
– Project Why builds on a large network of volunteers not only donating, but constantly
instilling new ideas and viewpoints.
– They are the ones who bring the world to the Project Why children.
– Through this exposure to different languages and behaviours the staff and community
can enlarge their horizons and feel encouraged in their dreams and aspirations.
Easy Access for everyone to our Community Centers
• Anybody can walk in, apply and get involved. Entry barriers are non-existent as long as
there is space and funding.
• Children and families only have to commit to 1.5 hours per day. This sets a very low entry

chores.
