This role I supported processes across the different HP entities with internal employees and HR
Stakeholder around the globe (Americas, EMEA & APAC).
As Head of Hire to Retire Shared Services project, I was charged with leading & driving strategy,
focusing on employee development and providing employee service, for HR Shared Services
Organization.
Responsible forsettingupnewteamsaswell aseffectivelystrengtheningthe core of the existing
global HR teams.

on SLA’s, metrics, transition of processes & QA.
Providedinitial consultingservicesbyactingas subjectmatterexpertandleadingHPthroughthe
entire processdesigntoadministercompany’sH2RServicesbasedoutof 2 locationChennai and
Bangalore.
Formalizedandimplementastandardoperatingmodelincludingservicelevel agreements,project
management methodologies, customer satisfaction surveys, and case management, and
communicates action plans the organization to smoothly transition HR services to a centralized
model.
Workedon all projectphasesincludingrightshoringof processesintosharedservice bymapping
looking statutory & regulatory requirements.
Executed strategic projects and serve as single point of accountability for decision making and
escalations.
Ensures service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operational metrics are trending in the
right direction, addresses and resolves issues and determines if changes are required to ensure
metrics and SLAs are met.

employees with a potential to grow to 1000+ associates to serve 3,00,000 employee base
(contingent and permanent employees)
